The best enterprise SEO tools are the ones that still work when a site has millions of URLs, a dozen markets and fifty people who need access. In 2026 they fall into four groups, and a large site needs something from each:
- First-party data at full volume: Google Search Console, with its bulk data export to BigQuery, and Bing Webmaster Tools
- An enterprise SEO platform: BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify or seoClarity — sold mainly through a demo or a custom quote
- The enterprise tier of a research suite: Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking or Moz, where users, API limits, single sign-on and audit logs decide the choice
- A crawler and log analyser for technical teams: Lumar for continuous crawling and pre-release QA, Screaming Frog for desktop crawls and server logs
Every feature and price below was read on the vendor's own website on 25 October 2026 and is linked where it is used. Most enterprise vendors do not publish prices; where that is the case we say so rather than guess. We have not run these platforms side by side, so this is a comparison of what each vendor states about itself, not a benchmark. Prices and plan limits change often, so check them before you buy.
TopCited is a GEO platform with SEO included, so several of these vendors compete with us on AI search visibility. We name them anyway, report what each says about itself, and set out where TopCited fits at the end.
Key definitions
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Enterprise SEO | Search engine optimization for a large organisation: many pages, often several domains and markets, and many teams — content, engineering, product, legal — whose work changes what search engines see. |
| Enterprise SEO platform | Software sold to large organisations by quote that combines rank tracking, keyword research, site auditing, content guidance and reporting, often with onboarding and support included. |
| Research suite | A tool with its own keyword and backlink database, sold on published plans and used to estimate demand and study competitors. Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking and Moz are the examples here. |
| Log file analysis | Reading your web server's access logs to see which URLs search engine and AI bots actually requested, how often, and which status codes they received. |
| Bulk data export | Search Console's scheduled daily export of a property's performance data into Google BigQuery. |
| SSO and audit log | Single sign-on through your company's identity provider, and a record of who did what inside the tool. Enterprise plans often list both. |
| AI visibility tracking | Running a set of questions (prompts) through AI assistants and AI search features on a schedule, and recording whether your brand is mentioned and your pages are cited. |
What makes an SEO tool enterprise-grade
The core SEO jobs — find the queries, fix what blocks crawling and indexing, improve the pages, report the result — do not change with company size. What changes is the load on each of them.
- Scale. Crawling millions of URLs and tracking tens of thousands of keywords across several domains and countries. Plan limits on pages crawled and keywords tracked decide which tools are even in the running.
- People and governance. Dozens of users, single sign-on, permissions by team and an audit log. Search Console itself allows at most 100 non-owner users per property (Search Console Help), which starts to matter once agencies, regional teams and engineers all need access.
- Data that leaves the tool. Large teams join search data with analytics, revenue and product data in a warehouse, so API limits and warehouse exports matter as much as the dashboards.
- Change control. On a large site one template change can alter thousands of pages at once. Monitoring and pre-release testing catch that before search engines do.
- AI search. Most enterprise vendors now sell AI visibility tracking alongside SEO, and several say they monitor how AI bots crawl your site. What each one covers differs more than its SEO features do.
- Support. Enterprise contracts often include an account manager, onboarding and a service-level agreement. Semrush for Enterprise lists a dedicated account manager and an enterprise SLA, and seoClarity describes an onboarding plan and SLAs. That is part of what the higher price buys.

The sections below take the groups in order.
1. First-party data: Search Console's bulk export, and Bing
The third-party tools on this list estimate, sample or crawl. Search Console reports what Google actually showed. For a large site the feature that matters is the bulk data export. Google describes it as a way to "schedule a daily export of your Search Console performance data to BigQuery, where you can run complex queries over your data or export it to an external storage service", and says that with it "you'll see all the performance data available to Search Console for your property, with the exception of anonymized queries" (Search Console Help).
Three details from Google's setup guide to plan around (Search Console Help):
- It needs a Google Cloud project with billing. "Data is subject to Google Cloud storage and query costs, but there is a free usage level."
- It starts when you switch it on. The first export happens up to 48 hours after setup. For data from before that, Google points you to the Search Console API or the reports.
- The data grows unless you limit it. Google warns that data "will be accumulated forever for your project, unless you set an expiration time", and recommends partition expiration to manage storage costs.
If you query the Search Console API directly instead, Google publishes its quotas, including 1,200 queries per minute per site for Search Analytics (Search Console API).
Search Console also has a generative AI performance report. Google says it rolled these insights out "to all websites worldwide" as of August 31, 2026; the report shows impressions in AI Overviews and AI Mode, grouped by page, country, date and device (Search Console Help). Our guide to how Search Console counts AI Overviews, featured snippets and ads explains what those impressions mean.
Bing Webmaster Tools has a public preview called AI Performance, which "shows how publisher content appears across Microsoft Copilot, AI-generated summaries in Bing, and select partner integrations", with citation counts by URL and a sample of the queries behind them (Bing Webmaster blog). Microsoft describes Bing Webmaster Tools itself as "free and full of powerful features" (Bing Webmaster blog).
Set up the bulk export before you buy anything else on this list. It starts the history you will want later, and it gives you first-party numbers to check every vendor's data against.
2. Enterprise SEO platforms: BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify and seoClarity
These four sell mainly through a demo or a custom quote. Three publish no prices at all; seoClarity publishes starting prices with a caveat. Ask each one for a pilot on your own site.
BrightEdge describes itself as "one unified platform to win across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity" (BrightEdge). Its keyword research runs on Data Cube X, which BrightEdge says holds "over 4 billion data points and 10 years of historical context". Its AI product, AI Hyper Cube, shows "how people search across ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, showing which brands are mentioned or cited", and Autopilot "handles fully automated optimizations on your website" (BrightEdge). BrightEdge says it is "built to manage multiple domains from a centralized platform" (BrightEdge enterprise SEO). It publishes no prices; the site offers a demo.
Conductor sells four products: Creator for content, Intelligence for "visibility in traditional & AI search", Monitoring for website health, and AgentStack for API and MCP access. It says it tracks "your brand's visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and traditional search", and that its monitoring "tracks how AI bots crawl your site" (Conductor). Conductor publishes plan limits but no prices, and describes a "usage-based model" (Conductor pricing):
- Essentials: 500 tracked keywords, 100,000 pages monitored, 3 tracked websites
- Growth: 5,000 tracked keywords, 500,000 pages monitored 24/7, 5 tracked websites
- Enterprise: 60,000+ tracked keywords, monitoring for websites of any size, 10+ tracked websites
Botify calls itself an "AI search optimization platform" (Botify). It splits its product into three parts: AI Readiness (an AI-optimized catalog, AI agent and bot management), AI Visibility (GEO, website, keyword, and AI agent and bot analytics) and AI Activation (AI-generated content, automation and deployment, cross-platform indexation, internal linking). Its pitch to retailers is that reviews, prices and promotions are often "rendered by JavaScript and all completely invisible to agents". Botify sells to enterprises and growth companies, publishes no prices, and offers a demo.
seoClarity is the one enterprise platform here that publishes prices (seoClarity pricing):
- Rankings: custom pricing by number of keyword queries, with a minimum of 2,000, and unlimited users
- Research & Content: from $2,500 a month
- Technical SEO, with unlimited crawl pages and projects and log file analysis: from $3,200 a month
- Enterprise, for global teams with 5,000+ keyword queries and multiple domains: from $4,500 a month
The same page says these prices are "representative as of October 11, 2022 and are subject to change", so treat them as a starting point for the conversation, not a current quote. seoClarity lists integrations with Google BigQuery, Amazon S3 and Redshift, Tableau and Power BI, and states that it is SOC 2 audit compliant. Its log file analysis tool is for sites that want "to manage and optimize their site's crawl budget with search engine bots and to recognize spoof bots". Its AI product, Clarity ArcAI, tracks "brand citations and mentions in AI search" and whether AI bots access your pages.
3. Enterprise tiers of the research suites: Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking and Moz
If your team already works in one of these suites, its top tier is the least disruptive upgrade. Users, API limits, single sign-on and audit logs are what separate the tiers.
Semrush sells two tiers above its self-serve plans, both at custom pricing (Semrush pricing):
- Advanced: "40+ websites to monitor", "5,000+ keywords to track daily", team users, advanced API data integration and unlimited AI prompts tracked daily
- Semrush for Enterprise: for "complex organizations managing multiple brands, regions, and teams", with multi-million-page crawling, custom integrations and API, "SSO, team governance & audit logs", a dedicated account manager and "Enterprise SLA & 24/7 support"
Semrush's enterprise site groups the product into SEO, AI Optimization and Site Intelligence. Site Intelligence offers "crawling for up to millions of pages" with "support for search engine and AI bots" (Semrush Enterprise).
Ahrefs is the only suite here with a published enterprise price: $1,499 a month, with an annual commitment required (Ahrefs pricing). The Enterprise plan includes:
- from three users, with more at $100 a month each
- uncapped API access and custom API endpoints
- "SSO & enterprise-grade security" and "Access management & audit log"
- unlimited historical data
- from 10,000 tracked keywords (updated weekly) and from 5 million crawl credits a month, with up to 5 million pages per Site Audit project
- from 2,500 Brand Radar checks a month on AI prompts
The Advanced plan below it costs $449 a month. Brand Radar's index covers AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and ChatGPT (Brand Radar).
SE Ranking's Growth plan costs $279 a month ($223.20 a month billed annually). It includes 30 projects, three manager seats, 5,000 keywords and 250 AI prompts tracked daily, 2 million pages a month in audits and 100,000 API credits. Its Enterprise plan has "custom limits and pricing" and "full API & advanced integrations" (SE Ranking pricing). Its AI tracker follows brands "across Google AIOs, AI Mode, ChatGPT, and Gemini" (SE Ranking).
Moz Pro's largest published plan, Large, costs $299 a month ($239 a month paid yearly). It covers three users, 25 tracked sites, 3,000 tracked keywords, 5 million pages crawled a month, and 600 tracked AI prompts across three models — GPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode — refreshed weekly. Larger teams are directed to Moz Enterprise (Moz Pro pricing).
4. Technical SEO at scale: Lumar and Screaming Frog
Lumar, the company formerly called Deepcrawl, sells a website optimization platform in four parts (Lumar):
- Analyze: "Crawl & analyze your website, at any scale"
- Monitor: changes and trends across your site metrics, with multiple domains in one place
- Protect: "Automate website QA testing to prevent new issues from being introduced to your live site"
- Impact: reporting on the effect of optimization work
It adds GEO (AI search), site speed and web accessibility metrics, and says it is "SOC2 Type 2 certified". Prices are by quote (Lumar pricing). On a large site, Protect is the part to look at: it tests changes before they reach the live site.
Screaming Frog SEO Spider is a desktop crawler. It is free for crawls of up to 500 URLs. The paid licence adds scheduling, JavaScript rendering, crawl comparison, segmentation, and the Search Console and Google Analytics integrations. A licence costs $279 a year. "Licences are per user"; discounts start at five licences, and the price falls to $235 each for 20 or more (Screaming Frog pricing).
Its Log File Analyser lets you "upload your log files, verify search engine and AI bots, identify crawled URLs and analyse bot behaviour". It is free for 1,000 log events, and a $139-a-year licence removes the limit (Log File Analyser). It shows which URLs Googlebot and AI crawlers actually request without buying a platform.
5. AI search visibility at enterprise scale
Most of the platforms and suites above now sell AI visibility tracking, and the coverage differs more than the SEO features do. Here is what each vendor names on its own site:
| Tool | AI engines or surfaces named by the vendor | How it is sold (25 Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console | AI Overviews and AI Mode (impressions) | Free |
| Bing Webmaster Tools | Microsoft Copilot, AI summaries in Bing, select partners (citations) | Free, public preview |
| Ahrefs Brand Radar | AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, ChatGPT | From $199/mo; Enterprise includes from 2,500 checks/mo |
| Semrush | ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini, Perplexity (AI Visibility Toolkit) | $99/mo per domain billed annually; custom large-scale tracking on Enterprise |
| SE Ranking | Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini | Prompts included in plans; 250 daily on Growth |
| Moz Pro | GPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode | Prompts included in plans; weekly |
| Conductor | ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude | By quote |
| BrightEdge | ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews (AI Hyper Cube) | By quote |
| Profound | Up to 9 answer engines on Enterprise; the trial covers ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews | Enterprise: custom |
Two of the suites also sell AI tracking as a separate product. Semrush's AI Visibility Toolkit costs $99 a month per domain, billed annually, and reports "mentions from ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini, and Perplexity" (Semrush AI pricing). Ahrefs' Brand Radar starts at $199 a month (Ahrefs pricing).
Profound is a dedicated AI visibility platform sold on two plans, Trial and Enterprise. Its Enterprise plan is custom-priced, tracks "up to 9 Answer Engines", and lists "SSO/SAML + SOC 2 compliance". Its trial runs 50 prompts daily for seven days across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, and Profound says both plans include unlimited seats (Profound pricing).
When you compare these, ask three questions: which engines are tracked, how often, and whether you write the prompts or the vendor does. For a longer comparison of the dedicated trackers, see our guide to the best AI search monitoring tools.
How to choose an enterprise SEO tool, step by step
- Turn on Search Console's bulk data export first. It starts your history in BigQuery and gives you first-party numbers to check every vendor against.
- Write down your scale. Domains, markets, URLs to crawl, keywords to track and people who need access. Most plan limits are stated in exactly these units.
- Decide which job you are buying. A platform (BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, seoClarity), a suite's top tier (Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Moz) or a technical crawler (Lumar, Screaming Frog). Many teams need two of the three.
- List your governance requirements. Single sign-on, audit logs, permissions by team and your security review. Ahrefs, Semrush and Profound name SSO on their pricing pages; seoClarity, Lumar and Profound state SOC 2. Ask everyone else directly.
- Ask how the data leaves the tool. API limits, warehouse exports such as BigQuery, Redshift or S3, and whether there is an MCP server for the AI assistants your team already uses.
- Ask about AI search coverage. Which engines, how often, and who writes the prompts. Compare the answers with the table above.
- Run a pilot on your own site. For a set of pages, compare the vendor's rankings and estimates with Search Console's numbers for the same weeks.
- Price the whole contract. Seats, add-ons, overage, annual commitments and professional services. Ahrefs Enterprise requires an annual commitment, and seoClarity's published prices date from 2022.
Which enterprise SEO tools to choose
- If your team already works in Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking or Moz: start with that suite's top tier. Of the four, only Ahrefs publishes an enterprise price ($1,499 a month, with an annual commitment required).
- If you need reporting across many domains and markets: shortlist BrightEdge, Conductor and seoClarity, run pilots, and ask each what onboarding and support the contract includes.
- If the problem is what bots can crawl, render and index on a very large site: look at Botify, Lumar or seoClarity's technical package, and keep Screaming Frog's Log File Analyser for spot checks.
- For AI search visibility across many engines: compare what your platform includes with a dedicated tracker such as Profound.
- In every case: Search Console with the bulk data export, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
What these tools will not do
Every tool above measures, alerts and recommends. Some can also push changes to the site — BrightEdge's Autopilot, Botify's automation and deployment, and seoClarity's ClarityAutomate, which seoClarity says lets teams "deploy changes, run tests, and scale without the dev team bottleneck". None of them decides what your organisation should say on a page, or gets the product, legal and engineering sign-off an enterprise page change usually needs. Plan for that work separately from the licence.
Where TopCited fits
TopCited is a GEO platform with SEO included, built to produce the work rather than only the report.
- AI answer monitoring. TopCited's content monitoring runs your query sets on a schedule you set (cron, with timezone support), records the brand mentions in the answers, and reports gap analysis — the queries where competitors appear and you do not — along with share of voice.
- Rewrites, not issue lists. The CORE optimizer rewrites your existing content and scores it before and after, including keyword coverage.
- A starting point. To see where you stand, request a GEO audit through the form on our site.
It does not replace Search Console, a research suite's keyword and backlink database, or a crawler built for millions of URLs. For a smaller team's stack, see our guide to B2B SEO tools.
Frequently asked questions
We recommend combining four things: Google Search Console with its bulk data export to BigQuery; an enterprise SEO platform such as BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify or seoClarity; the top tier of a research suite such as Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking or Moz; and a crawler or log analyser such as Lumar or Screaming Frog. This guide compares what each vendor published on its own site on 25 October 2026.
Most enterprise vendors do not publish prices. Of those that do, on 25 October 2026: Ahrefs Enterprise costs $1,499 a month with an annual commitment; seoClarity lists packages from $2,500 a month but labels those prices representative as of October 2022; SE Ranking Growth costs $279 a month; Moz Pro Large costs $299 a month; and a Screaming Frog SEO Spider licence costs $279 per user per year. BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, Lumar, Semrush for Enterprise and Profound price by quote.
An enterprise SEO platform such as BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify or seoClarity is usually sold through a demo or a custom quote and is built for many domains and teams. A research suite such as Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking or Moz is sold on published plans built around its own keyword and backlink database; its top tier adds the users, API limits, single sign-on and audit logs large teams need.
It is the source of truth for how Google showed your pages, and its bulk data export sends all performance data except anonymized queries to BigQuery every day. It covers only the properties you own or have been given access to, so it shows nothing about competitors, and it allows at most 100 non-owner users per property. A large site needs a platform or suite on top of it.
Most now do. On their own sites, Conductor names ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Claude; Ahrefs Brand Radar names AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and ChatGPT; SE Ranking names Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT and Gemini; and Profound's Enterprise plan tracks up to nine answer engines. Search Console reports AI Overviews and AI Mode impressions for free.
On their pricing pages on 25 October 2026, Ahrefs Enterprise lists SSO with access management and an audit log, Semrush for Enterprise lists SSO, team governance and audit logs, and Profound's Enterprise plan lists SSO/SAML. For the other vendors, ask during procurement.
The short version
- Start with first-party data: Search Console's bulk data export to BigQuery, plus Bing Webmaster Tools. Both are free apart from BigQuery storage and query costs above the free level.
- Pick one main tool on a pilot: an enterprise platform (BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, seoClarity) or a suite's top tier (Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Moz).
- Judge on enterprise criteria: scale limits, SSO and audit logs, data export and AI engine coverage — not feature count.
- Add a crawler or log analyser if crawling and indexing are your bottleneck: Lumar, or Screaming Frog's SEO Spider and Log File Analyser.
- Expect quotes, not price lists. On 25 October 2026 only Ahrefs and seoClarity published enterprise prices, and seoClarity labels its figures representative as of October 2022.
