Yes. Every paid plan (Starter, Advanced, Pro) includes a 7-day free trial. We collect a payment method at checkout, but you are not charged today — your first charge is on day 7 unless you cancel before the trial ends.

At the end of your 7-day free trial, the payment method on file is charged the monthly price of the plan you chose ($29 Starter, $129 Advanced, or $399 Pro). The exact charge date is shown in your billing dashboard and in your subscription confirmation email. You then renew monthly until you cancel.

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing and cancel — no survey, no phone call. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

A one-time refund may be available for your first paid subscription if you request it within 7 calendar days of purchase and have not exceeded the plan's usage thresholds. Usage-based charges and add-ons you authorized and already used are non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details and how to submit a request.

Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits spent on engine runs, URL analyses, optimizations, SEO audits, and pillar-cluster generation, plus monitoring and brand limits. When you reach a limit, you can keep using free features or upgrade for a larger allowance.

Extra usage beyond your plan is never charged automatically. Any additional paid usage requires your explicit authorization first, and once incurred it is non-refundable.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that your account reverts to the free tier; your account and data remain unless you delete them.
